Binance.US Resumes USD Deposits and Withdrawals
Binance.US has reinstated USD deposits and withdrawals, effective February 19, 2025, marking the end of a two-year suspension. This restoration is a significant development for the platform and its users.

The resumption of USD services follows a period of regulatory scrutiny and a lawsuit from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which led to the 2023 suspension. Binance.US has implemented enhanced compliance and security measures to address these concerns.
This positive development follows previous steps towards improved functionality, including the July 2024 reinstatement of Mastercard payments for crypto purchases and the resumption of Binance-branded Visa card services.
Binance.US Interim CEO Norman Reed’s optimism for the platform’s future, expressed in a December 2024 statement, seems to be validated by this significant milestone. He previously predicted 2025 as a "breakout year" for Binance.US.
