Own.App and DNA Fund Align for Crypto Adoption Through Creator Economy

Own.App, a decentralized social media platform focused on digital ownership, has announced a strategic partnership with DNA Fund, a financial institution investing in emerging tech and Web3. The collaboration aims to drive mainstream adoption of crypto assets and blockchain technology by leveraging the creator economy.

The partnership will be officially launched at Korea Blockchain Week, where Own.App will be introduced as DNA Fund's newest global partner during the DNA House event on September 24th.

Key Partnership Highlights:

  • Official Media Distribution Partner: Own.App will livestream DNA House events, allowing creators and projects to use its gamified ranking system.
  • Incentives and Rewards: Participants can earn token airdrops, grants, and other ecosystem prizes through interactive, gamified experiences on the Own.App.
  • $OWN Token Integration: DNA Fund will be an official partner for the launch of Own.App’s $OWN token, which will function as an “Official Creator Fund,” providing revenue opportunities for creators.

Christopher Miglino, CEO of DNA Fund, stated, "Own.App is more than just a partner, but rather the engine of engagement for DNA House worldwide... We’re proud to support Own. App and provide creators, projects, and communities with powerful incentives that drive mainstream adoption and participation.”

The partnership extends across various global events, including Tokyo WebEx 2025 Conference, Singapore Token 2049, London Blockchain Week, Devcon, and Abu Dhabi Finance Week. DNA Fund's backing signals a commitment to Own.App's mission and its role in connecting Web2 users with Web3 applications.

Brock Peirce, Co-Founder of DNA Fund, highlighted the importance of a user-friendly approach: "What excites me about Own. App is that it puts the creator at the center... ensuring they’re valued in the next generation of media."

Amir Kaltak, CEO of Own.App, added, “Partnering with DNA Fund... is a major milestone for Own. App. We’re excited to create a platform where creators can engage audiences, earn rewards, and participate in blockchain innovation without needing to navigate the complexities of Web3.”

As platforms emerge blending the user-friendliness of Web2 with the utility of Web3, security becomes ever more important. For projects and users alike, platforms like Codeum offer various audits and KYC options to help ensure safety of funds and information.
