Hedera (HBAR) Price Soars, Testing Key Resistance
Hedera (HBAR) has experienced a significant price increase, surging more than 30% over the past week and over 6% in the last 24 hours. This rally has boosted its market capitalization to $10.6 billion, making it one of the top-performing altcoins. This surge is prompting questions about whether this momentum is sustainable and where the price might head next.
Technical Indicators Point to Bullish Momentum
Several key technical indicators support the bullish sentiment surrounding HBAR. The BBTrend, a measure of trend strength based on Bollinger Bands, recently reached its highest level in over a month, peaking at 21.3. Although it has slightly retreated to 18.15, it remains significantly elevated, indicating strong upward momentum.
The Ichimoku Cloud also shows a bullish setup. The price is trading above both the conversion and baseline, suggesting short-term bullish momentum. The upward-sloping leading span A and the lagging span above the price from 26 periods ago further reinforce this positive outlook. However, consolidation just above the baseline suggests a potential decision point before further upside.

Potential for HBAR to Surpass $0.35
With bullish signals from both BBTrend and the Ichimoku Cloud, and a recent golden cross in the EMAs, HBAR's price could potentially test the next resistance level at $0.28. A successful breakout above this could pave the way for a move towards $0.322, and potentially even higher.
If the buying pressure intensifies, HBAR could reach $0.35 and even $0.37, a significant recovery since November 2021. However, a failure to maintain the uptrend could lead to a retest of the $0.24 support level, potentially dropping to $0.213 or even $0.177 in a more bearish scenario.
