Freedx Secures Key DASP License in El Salvador

Freedx, a cryptocurrency exchange catering to both beginners and experienced traders, has received a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) license from El Salvador's Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales (CNAD). This significant achievement underscores Freedx's commitment to operating as a secure, compliant, and transparent platform within the crypto ecosystem.

El Salvador's proactive approach to crypto regulation began in 2021 when it became the first nation to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender. The 2023 Digital Assets Law further solidified its position as a global digital asset hub, attracting major players such as Tether and Binance.

"We are impressed by Freedx's professionalism and readiness," stated Juan Carlos Reyes, President of CNAD. "Their preparedness exemplifies what we seek in DASP license recipients."

Freedx is now among a select few to obtain the DASP license in El Salvador, known for its stringent compliance standards. This license ensures Freedx operates within the country's legal framework, offering users enhanced security and transparency. El Salvador's supportive crypto policies and developing blockchain infrastructure present compelling opportunities for growth and innovation.

Expanding its global presence, Freedx will participate in Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) and the El Salvador Digital Asset Summit. At PBW, Freedx will sponsor a VIP dinner and participate in panel discussions. The El Salvador summit will feature Freedx's brand presence.

"This license validates our commitment to compliance and transparency," said Jonathan Farnell, Freedx CEO. "El Salvador is a leader in crypto adoption and regulation."

"The DASP license safeguards user funds and ensures our operations meet the highest standards," added Raks Sondhi, Freedx COO.
