dRPC's 'Alice in Nodeland' Premieres at ETHDenver

Web3 News

Blockchain infrastructure company dRPC premiered its AI-powered short film, Alice in Nodeland, at ETHDenver 2025. This 11-minute animated short, a satirical take on Alice in Wonderland, uses humor to explore the complexities of web3 decentralization.

Interactive Premiere at ETHDenver

The film premiered on February 25th during ETHDenver, the world's largest Ethereum developer conference (held February 23rd-March 2nd in Colorado). Attendees enjoyed a unique, immersive experience with a free mobile theater showing, complete with popcorn, running for seven days. A digital release followed the premiere. dRPC also distributed limited-edition Alice in Nodeland merchandise.

A Decentralized Adventure

The film follows Alice, a frustrated web3 developer battling the Queen of Nodes—a recognizable villain for seasoned crypto enthusiasts—over centralized bottlenecks. She encounters colorful characters along the way, including a charismatic DAO leader (the Mad Hatter) and a mischievous crypto prankster (the Cheshire Cat).

Fito Benítez, dRPC's Marketing Head, describes the film as "every bit as weird and wonderful as anything Lewis Carroll could conjure." It's a fun way to explore the often-bizarre world of cryptocurrency.

Beyond Entertainment: Showcasing dRPC's Functionality

While entertaining, Alice in Nodeland subtly highlights dRPC's role in decentralizing web3. dRPC provides users and developers with access to a public network of independent nodes, fostering a more robust and diverse web3 ecosystem. Its pay-as-you-go system eliminates upfront costs, encourages innovation, and simplifies budgeting.

ETHDenver attendees received both an engaging web3 experience and a valuable lesson on the significance of decentralization in blockchain design. Learn more about dRPC’s solutions for secure and scalable blockchain infrastructure at [drpc.org](https://drpc.org/).
