Bitcoin Price Prediction: $10K Crash?

Bitcoin Price Analysis

Recent Bitcoin price volatility has fueled speculation about a potential market downturn. Trading below $85,000, Bitcoin's future trajectory is uncertain. Bloomberg analyst Mike McGlone's prediction of a Bitcoin price drop to $10,000 has sparked debate among experts.

Will Bitcoin Drop to $10,000?

McGlone's bearish analysis suggests a Bitcoin price decline is underway. He points to overheating risk markets and rising gold prices as potential indicators. He noted: "Gold is up about the same amount in 2025 to March 13 — about 15% — that Bitcoin is down. But with Bitcoin at about $80,000, what stops those trajectories? About a 6% decline in the S&P 500 could suggest what matters."

Overvalued Asset?

McGlone further argues that Bitcoin's launch coincided with a stock market low, and its subsequent rise represents a significant risk-asset rally. He suggests this indicates overvaluation and a potential correction. He also cites the recent Bitcoin ETF launch and President Trump's pro-crypto stance as factors contributing to a potential bubble.

Analyst CryptoCove echoes this bearish sentiment, predicting a Bitcoin price decline to $70,000-$75,000, citing a rising wedge pattern on price charts.

Potential for a Bitcoin Rebound?

However, not all experts share McGlone's pessimism. Bitcoin maximalist Joe Buchner suggests a $10,000 Bitcoin price would signify a much larger global crisis. Conversely, other analysts offer bullish predictions. Analyst Captain Faibik projects a Bitcoin rebound to $108,000, while CryptoELITES predicts a rally to $190,000 or higher.

The upcoming FOMC meeting could significantly impact Bitcoin's price, depending on the Federal Reserve's decisions. Currently, Bitcoin is valued at approximately $84,074, showing a daily increase but significant weekly (-2.42%) and monthly (-12.3%) declines.
